What we collect
When you join the Society waitlist we collect your email address. When you place an order (once purchasing opens) we collect the details needed to fulfil it: name, email, shipping address and order contents. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
Analytics & advertising
We may use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, and the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our communications. These tools use cookies or similar identifiers. They are only active when configured, and we do not sell your personal information.
We email you only about Society matters — Chapter releases, your orders, and membership. Every email includes a way to opt out.
Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you. Contact us at hello@blackdogsociety.co.nz.
